1) What is this page and what will it contain?
This page on our site will be a compilation of COVID-19 related messages from the tool provider community. Messages appropriate for this page are:
- Notifications as to how a company may have changed their operations, customer and technical support, and hours of operation
- Technical Support Documents that are part of a COVID-19 research workflow
- Job listings that pertain to temporary employees needed to help ramp up production of COVID-19 related products
The entries on the page will contain the supplier logo, a brief headline, short description of the message, and a link to the message on your website. If there isn’t a page on your website where the message exists, then we'll create a page on our site for the message. In that case, the user will be directed to the page on Biocompare instead of your website.
If the message you would like us to provide is copy from an email you sent to your customers, please forward us the email. We will copy the email text (text only) on a page on our site.
If you wish to post announcements about new COVID-related product introductions we ask that you also include the product(s) in our product directory, as that is the primary method our website visitors use to learn about products and services. Please contact your local sales representative or email jboyce@biocompare.com to learn more about product promotions.
Biocompare reserves the right to approve all content prior to posting.
2) What do I need to supply for inclusion?
- If a press release we prefer to receive the link to where the press release exists on your site
- If you would like to include a message that exists on your site, please provide the url
- If you would like to include a pdf that is hosted on your site, please provide us with the url. If it is not hosted on your site please send us the pdf and we will host it on our site
- If it is an email you sent to your customer base, please forward the email to us
We prefer if you also send us the copy for the message description that will display on our COVID-19 Resource Page. It should be no more than 250 characters. If you send us more than 250 characters, a “read more” link will appear after the 250th character. It will direct readers to the url you provide.

3) How will someone find the page?
A link to the Resource Page will be prominently displayed throughout our site. It will also be incorporated into the copy that is found on our Coronavirus Product Page. We will announce that it exists on the site through our eNewsletters.
